Returns & Exchanges

Swansea City is committed to ensuring all supporters are satisfied with their official merchandise. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require an exchange for a different size or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

• 3.
  Ship to the Stadium

  Affix the provided returns label to your package and send it via your preferred courier to the Swansea.com Stadium club shop. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
